  区では、道路上および区長が特に必要と認める公共の指定された場所での喫煙を禁止しています。 各地区における規制内容の詳細は、 千代田区生活環境条例 のページをご覧ください。 （注意） 上記の画像は、千代田区ホームページ利用規約に関わらず、コンテンツの二次利用はできません。 路上禁煙地区 区内は、全域が路上禁煙地区です。 道路上および次の公共の場所で喫煙をすると、過料2,000円が適用されます。
